Salted Butter | Garlic Onion | Fresh Spinach Cream Cheese | Mozzarella Parmesan | Romano Sour Cream | Artichoke Hearts
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until onion is soft and translucent and beginning to caramelize, then add in the spinach.
Continue cooking, until spinach wilts. Next, mix the cheeses, sour cream, and artichoke hearts, then stir in the spinach mixture.
Place in a casserole dish, and bake, covered with foil, for 30 minutes. Top with Parmesan and Romano cheese and broil to brown the cheese.
