Our Zuppa Toscana Soup Recipe is an easy Olive Garden® copycat of their sausage potato soup. You’ll save money with our Italian Zuppa soup! The texture of this creamy soup is one of my favorite things!

Hot Italian Sausage | Onion Garlic | Chicken Stock | Curly Kale Russet Potatoes | Heavy Cream Cooked Bacon | Parmesan Kosher Salt | Black Pepper

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cook the sausage until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces as you cook. Then transfer it to a plate and drain.

Cook onion until soft, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Next, season and add chicken broth and potatoes.

Smash a few of the potatoes to create a creamy texture and cook until tender. Then stir in kale until tender and bright green.

Stir in heavy cream, sausage, and bacon and simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese.
