Slice shallots and sprinkle in the bottom of the slow cooker. Then place the turkey breast over the shallots, skin side up.

Melt butter, then add in lemon pepper, salt, lemon zest, rosemary, and thyme. Mix together to fully combine.

Pour the butter mixture over the turkey and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours. Transfer to a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp the skin.
