ReplyDeleteI have cooked with Le Creuset for many years and have many different pieces but have not tried the stainless steel pans. Would love to have it. Food that I would cook in it would be just about anything that would be suited to the pan. Love the shrimp recipe, scrambled eggs, steak, etc.

I would make a side dish for the shrimp: Grill (or cook by preferred cooking method) several ears of corn-on-the-cob...cut the kernals off of the cob...then saute with oil and a touch of butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and any fresh herbs on hand. Yum!
