Simple prep and it will be on your plate in a flash!  Perfect spice, moist and delicious steak on a hoagie roll.  What could be better?  Chad and I both devoured this steak and enjoyed several sandwiches each.

The steak was also delicious on a salad with ranch dressing.  This recipe is a keeper!

Enjoy!

  1. Beautiful steak sandwich! I could never be vegetarian – sometime you just gotta have steak! The sauce sounds so interesting too – I'll have to look for that A1 peppercorn sauce. Thanks!

  2. london broil. that is something I haven;t done in a long time. I love that you made it spicy, you know i like spicy!Must try!

  3. If you're looking for medium rare, I'd only cook the London broil only to about 125 because the internal temperature will continue to rise (approximately another 5 degrees) while resting. At 140, you're pretty much at a medium well. It's all a matter of preference.

    Otherwise, this sandwich looks good!

London broil is such a delicious cut of meat especially when cooked properly. The rub added so much flavor, it was incredible!
