I grew up visiting Disney World about 2 times every year. I still don't know how my parents did it with 5 kids. But, I grew up with a love for Disney and as an adult it is still magical. It feels like a very important right of passage to have my daughter visit Disney while she is still little enough to collect autographs and appreciate the characters.

My plan is to sample some of Disney's best treats and make homemade versions. We have a lot of recipes coming up and can not wait to share our Disney trip with you.What Disney recipes would you like homemade versions of?

We have been enjoying the end of summer. With temps dipping into the 90's we are pretty happy to be able to spend more time outdoors.

In the kitchen this week, fall has begun.  Apple, peach and baked desserts are in the works. Mac and cheese one-pot meals and soups. Granted it's only 90, so I have the air turned down and I am pretending its fall already. What's Sizzling in my kitchen this week? There is a lot of crockpot cooking and soups and mac and cheese. Quick and easy one pot meals are common too that and salads and protein shakes. LOL.

I hope you enjoyed catching up! {{Let me know in the comments below.}}

With love from our simple kitchen to yours.
