Ingredients
 

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 2 ounces Malibu coconut rum
  • 3 ounces coconut cream
  • 2 ounces coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup ice, more as needed
  • 2 sliced pineapple wedges, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients (except garnish) in blender and blend until you have smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Serve with pineapple wedge garnish. Enjoy!

  1. We do not. But in a lot of cases, you can prepare the cocktail and just omit the alcohol. That is what I would do with this recipe. Perhaps have some extra pineapple on hand in case you need more. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
