Method Microwave, Oven
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon New Mexico chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a 10” skillet over medium high heat, cook ground turkey until brown.
  • Meanwhile: Microwave tortillas until they are soft and pliable (about 30 seconds). Turn a 12 cup standard muffin tin upside down and lightly spray with non-stick spray. Donna’s Notes

Party tips: Serve chips, salsa and guacamole to round out your Mexican flavors. Frozen Margaritas are a great way to cool down in the summer heat, are a very fun addition to your adults only party and are so easy to make. Throw your ingredients in your blender and make a whole pitcher at a time.
