Recipes this week have been a little lemony. I was fortunate to come across a fantastic deal on lemons last week and am very excited to be using them in different recipes.
Perfectly Frozen Basil Lemonade has been the most popular recipe this week. It is is incredibly refreshing and easy to make, the key to this perfect lemonade is the simple syrup (basil infused in this drink).
Rosemary Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders Bursting with flavor, they are tender on the inside with a crispy panko, rosemary and Parmesan crust! They freeze and reheat perfectly too!
Candied Lemon Slices are very simple with only 3 ingredients! They taste like a fresh 'lemon drop'. I have a stash of these in the refrigerator. The flavor is so incredible, they make me do a little dance (seriously).
A fabulously flavorful Raspberry Lemon Prosecco Cocktail. Skip the roses and give mom this rose colored cocktail! Or get both. ♥ ♥ ♥ Perfect for a Mother's Day Brunch.
Coming in at number 5 and 6 for this week are Roasted Vegetable Penne Pasta and Munchkins Elmo Themed 2nd Birthday. If you haven't tried the pasta yet, what are you waiting for? Its amazing!
Sweet Lemon Yogurt Fruit Dip is the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful fruit salad (I will share one with you next week)! Just tart enough, sweet and creamy!
Have a beautiful weekend and Happy Mothers Day!
We hope you enjoyed taking a look back at the week. We love to hear your comments and feedback, so if you have made or baked any of our recipes, please let us know!!
Have a fabulous weekend,
