A Look Back at the Week of March 26

What a beautiful week it has been.  I am really enjoying the weather, however we did finally break down and turn the A/C on by Friday.

The gardens are coming along great.  Munchkin is so proud of her tomatoes and basil.  I am so excited about the basil.  I have about 20 basil plants of 3 different varieties growing.  That means for a lot of delicious recipes very soon.

This week we enjoyed sharing some great recipes with you and here is what was most popular this week:

Sweet Blueberry Banana Milkshake is packed with antioxidants and immune boosters. Only 3 grams of fat per serving!!  This was the most popular post this week.  It was delicious and something I felt good about serving to my family.

Chad has been working on turning our favorite Easter basket treats into delicious cocktails.  The Peanut Butter Cup Delight Cocktail  is like a Reese's Peanut Butter egg in a glass. That is my favorite Easter candy, what is yours?

Simple Cheesy Chicken Farfalle with Peas is a balanced meal that the adults and kids will love!  7 cheeses, lemon, and rosemary all come together to create this flavor explosion!

We are having a Spring Fling as we celebrate with this Spring Cocktail Roundup. Lucky Lemon Seven, Raspberry Lemon Breeze, Legends Lemon Drop Martini and Dancing Elmo Cocktail.

Roasted Vegetable Penne Pasta I really can't believe that this pasta is still in the top 5.  Your love of this post has made it number 1 on our all time favorites.  It is a simple mixture of roasted vegetables and pasta with an incredible garlic olive oil dressing.  Oh so good!  If you haven't checked it out, you are certainly missing out.

We do hope you have enjoyed this weeks posts!  If you get to make or bake anything on the blog, please link back to your post.  We love to see your results!!!

Have a great weekend and we will see you Monday!

Buon Appetito!!

Donna, Chad and Munchkin
