Happy Thursday and welcome to Ladies Night at The Slow Roasted Italian!  As the temperatures have dropped a little in Arizona, we are celebrating fall.  After a long summer, when October finally peeks through, it makes me think of fall leaves, scarecrows, pumpkins, Halloween and apples. Caramel Apples!!!

Caramel Apple Martini

Tonight’s feature cocktail is a Caramel Apple Martini.  This is a delightful drink has a sour apple flavor mixed with creamy butterscotch schnapps and a punch of vodka!  A wonderful cocktail to enjoy on a cool fall evening.  Check out our Fall Cocktail Party post.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 ounces sour apple schnapps
  • 2 ounces butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 ounce Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka
  • 1 caramel candy

Instructions
 

  • In a martini shaker filled with ice combine alcohol, shake to combine. Pour into a martini glass with caramel candy in the bottom. Enjoy!

  1. I always look forward to your ladies night posts. You must have so much fun, Donna, I love it! I'm glad it's cooling down somewhere, because that's not happening anytime soon in CA, unfortunately. It's been in the 90s this week. I mean comon, it's October!

  2. Look at the color of that glorious drink!! I want one! Apple Martinis are also great with a sour apple Jolly Rancher candy in the bottom of the glass. Try it – you won't be sorry! 🙂

    I love this drink! You can make it into a halloween drink by adding in a glow in the dark ice-cube! It tastes amazing.
