The frozen bananas cream up like ice cream, the peanut butter adds a lovely yet subtle flavor.  Em (my 19 month old daughter) loved this.  I hope you do too.

Ingredients
 

  • 5 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup 2% milk

Instructions
 

  • Place banana, peanut butter, and milk in a blender. Blend for about 1 minute or until mixture is completely smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

  7. This is a snap to make and tasty as well. I agree with another poster it did seem really rich so I may put just a tad less peanut butter to lessen the richness a bit the next time I make it.
